Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turnbull 6358/TRIM/ALM parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ube products, including obsoleted and phased-out Unico parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ultrapointe product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ube such as the TU10022 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 30959579418 manufactured by Unico and we are pleased to be able to service most Unico systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 001002T by Manufacturer Ultrapointe as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Twin-Pack-Plus Brand P24N100Tc in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Turner such as T3 equipment made by Turner have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turner products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turner" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 303006 made by Unico as well as the popular 90GK15A4 original spares produced by Unitech

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 51782405 by Unisys and T3 spares by Turner are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 20M2R1001LP Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turner.
