Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck NI20U-MT30H-AP6X2-H1141/S1589 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out United-Electric parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Westinghouse product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the RU100Q30LUXH1141 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the J400553 manufactured by United-Electric and we are pleased to be able to service most United-Electric systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VPV56A142C by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Yaskawa Brand ServoPack in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Warrick such as 16C1A00303 equipment made by Warrick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Warrick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Warrick" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available HK12PCT7 made by Wenglor as well as the popular 80320 original spares produced by Wavetek

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the B12CRS524ADZ30X2B3131S34 by Turck and 16C1A00303 spares by Warrick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Ni35CP40FDZ30X2S10 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Turck.
