Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck JBBS-49-M613 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Invensys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ishida parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Interlogix product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Invensys such as the B0133SADPC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P5614B manufactured by Ishida and we are pleased to be able to service most Ishida systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VR1910WDMR3VR1910WDMR3PC1370ASM by Manufacturer Interlogix as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Iotech Brand tc32b in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ipm such as 980042D0021 equipment made by Ipm have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ipm products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ipm" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available IPSYS0 made by Abb as well as the popular IQESUE480 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the T1975 by Intermatic and 980042D0021 spares by Ipm are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LO113XT Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Foxboro.
