Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Turck BI2-S12-AP7/S100 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Weldotron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Viatran parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Unicome product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Weldotron such as the 8233 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1182AY2JK20 manufactured by Viatran and we are pleased to be able to service most Viatran systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FEP31024T1 by Manufacturer Unicome as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dynapar Brand HS351024G1347 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Vitec such as 4032300 equipment made by Vitec have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Vitec products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Vitec" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 473200 made by Walter-Kidde as well as the popular VJ606HWPL1 original spares produced by Vynckier

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 62PMEF0020T0 by Dynapar and 4032300 spares by Vitec are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original RLK20LLIR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Visolux.
