Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Trinity-Industrial-Corporation TR2-458T parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tsudokoma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tung-Sol parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Trumpf product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsudokoma such as the CACR05TF4ERB spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6336A manufactured by Tung-Sol and we are pleased to be able to service most Tung-Sol systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 941408 by Manufacturer Trumpf as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Nelson Brand M5AAAAAAAABB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tsubakimoto such as 1930849 equipment made by Tsubakimoto have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 627765 by Tsudakoma and 1930849 spares by Tsubakimoto are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KASINTER1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trw.
