Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Trilliant COLL-3000-NOENCL, NCXL900H parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tucker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tsubaki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tsi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tucker such as the E110705B405 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 706912SF004 manufactured by Tsubaki and we are pleased to be able to service most Tsubaki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TRSS1D561 by Manufacturer Tsi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Turck Brand Bi3EM12WDAN6XH1141 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Modicon such as TSXMFPP128K equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 2020765A007 made by Tucker as well as the popular KSZ3 original spares produced by Trutzschler

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MZE2 by Trutzschler and TSXMFPP128K spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3111212201 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Trumpf.
