Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tridium-Inc WEB-545I-AX parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Barber-Colman products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Custon-Control-Sensors product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Barber-Colman such as the 587A20016000100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Ultra3000 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 604TUM27001 by Manufacturer Custon-Control-Sensors as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Abb Brand 6240BP108116240BP108216240BP10831 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Delta such as DTA4848C0 equipment made by Delta have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Delta products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Delta" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 837A4JX231A4JX made by Allen-Bradley as well as the popular ZT8907 original spares produced by Versalogic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 86001873L by Allen-Bradley and DTA4848C0 spares by Delta are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PCA984120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aeg-Modicon.
