Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Triad-Controls-Inc. TR72 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 U.s.-Motors product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the PS100R5032UPN8XH1141 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 2403600760C manufactured by Tron and we are pleased to be able to service most Tron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D20P3D by Manufacturer U.s.-Motors as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Turck Brand FCSN12A4PLIXH1141 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Turck such as Ni10Q25AN6X equipment made by Turck have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Turck products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Turck" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 18066600P made by Trumpf as well as the popular 035431 original spares produced by Tucker

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 97900878 by Triangle and Ni10Q25AN6X spares by Turck are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
