Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tri Clover 771S-10M-24P-1-1/2-316L parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Jordan parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Loctite product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the A20B1004023005B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 79MXTP manufactured by Jordan and we are pleased to be able to service most Jordan systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 98472UV by Manufacturer Loctite as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Fanuc Brand A20B0005045005B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Sierra such as 780SCSAF6E2P3V4DD12 equipment made by Sierra have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sierra products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sierra" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available A05B2045C123 made by Fanuc as well as the popular A03B0807C109 original spares produced by Fanuc

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 95314369 by Asi-Datamyte and 780SCSAF6E2P3V4DD12 spares by Sierra are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8014316R Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor.
