Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Total-Control QPI-ABD-201-H parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Accu-coder products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Accu-coder such as the 725N4S2048QHV1FNSXNNSPEC604 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the T2S manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 837EDC1BN1A2D4 by Manufacturer Allen-bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Hach Brand V608CH0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Kitamura such as SE98652 equipment made by Kitamura have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Kitamura products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Kitamura" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available XBTF024610 made by Square-D as well as the popular XT1500 original spares produced by Viewtronix

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UEC5RCTATIONSELECTORKEYPAD by Uryu and SE98652 spares by Kitamura are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
