Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Toshiba BA50K-ST-M05B-30X parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Toshiba products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toshiba parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Toyogiken product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Toshiba such as the SR9CPU2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BB50FSTM20NA0 manufactured by Toshiba and we are pleased to be able to service most Toshiba systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C16DCT1V by Manufacturer Toyogiken as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Turck Brand SNNE in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toyo-oki such as HBPP8C4VC2V14A3A equipment made by Toyo-oki have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toyo-oki products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toyo-oki" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available CV3GA made by Toshiba as well as the popular OP2200B8K original spares produced by Total-Control

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NI100RS32XLVP44XH1141 by Turck and HBPP8C4VC2V14A3A spares by Toyo-oki are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
