Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Torqmax 11-15-1216 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Truetime products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turbo-Parts parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Total-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Truetime such as the PCISG spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 107A5527P0101 manufactured by Turbo-Parts and we are pleased to be able to service most Turbo-Parts systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MS120032NT by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Triconex Brand PU029U in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by U.s.-Motors such as 7L9C equipment made by U.s.-Motors have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire U.s.-Motors products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "U.s.-Motors" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MLP10C0 made by Transducer-Technologies as well as the popular 75P3CB original spares produced by U.s.-Motors

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the FCSGL1 by Turck and 7L9C spares by U.s.-Motors are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
