Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Topworx DXS-L21GMEB parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tr-Elecronics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyoda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Total-Control product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tr-Elecronics such as the 10000903 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PC3JBI manufactured by Toyoda and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyoda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature P752VDK048A by Manufacturer Total-Control as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Trd Brand 40058501 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Total-Control such as OC12003D120NT equipment made by Total-Control have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Total-Control products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Total-Control" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TGZ40 by Tsubaki and OC12003D120NT spares by Total-Control are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3000314315 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Triconex.
