Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Top Line TS17 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tucker products, including obsoleted and phased-out Triconex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tr-Elecronics product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tucker such as the B106BE100988 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PU034U manufactured by Triconex and we are pleased to be able to service most Triconex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CES58S0007 by Manufacturer Tr-Elecronics as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Traub Brand LCD120163 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Triconex such as PU038U equipment made by Triconex have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the D7867 by Tr-Elecronics and PU038U spares by Triconex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
