Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tol-o-matic BC215 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tung-Lee products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Toshiba product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tung-Lee such as the PF28040015CY spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SEIMITSU manufactured by Toyo and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature IK541 by Manufacturer Toshiba as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tr-Electronic Brand 31200369 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Triconex such as PU025U equipment made by Triconex have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triconex products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triconex" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MLP10C0 made by Transducer-Technologies as well as the popular 16IO original spares produced by Trio-Motion-Technology

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PS003R4012UP8XH1141 by Turck and PU025U spares by Triconex are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
