Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Transducer-Techniques such as the LB01K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the P151772 manufactured by Trio and we are pleased to be able to service most Trio systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MSP40S by Manufacturer Tol-o-matic as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Torqometr Brand 803TFU in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Triad such as 2R200SR equipment made by Triad have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Triad products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Triad" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available P28001119 made by Trio-Motion-Technology as well as the popular BC3154600 original spares produced by Tol-o-matic
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the C62H50015P5 by Transducers-Inc and 2R200SR spares by Triad are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
