Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Timonta FMAC-0932-1610 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tolomatic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eagle-Signal parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Toshiba product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tolomatic such as the BCS10SN02SK3LMIKT3MRV231NXJ spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TM4A66701 manufactured by Eagle-Signal and we are pleased to be able to service most Eagle-Signal systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature B0054FLF2AAH by Manufacturer Toshiba as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Torque Brand MT2115237BG in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Toho such as M8S8R equipment made by Toho have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toho products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toho" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 44084 made by Toshiba as well as the popular MRV51 original spares produced by Tol-O-Matic

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BCS121497 by Tolomatic and M8S8R spares by Toho are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 41822B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Toshiba.
