Thomson Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Thomson Rapidtrak and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Thomson Rapidtrak include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the Rapidtrak if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our Rapidtrak repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Torqmax products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toyda parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thread-Craft product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Torqmax such as the 11151216 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MGU100 manufactured by Toyda and we are pleased to be able to service most Toyda systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature D8344001 by Manufacturer Thread-Craft as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Thomson Brand SSEPBAM40DD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tokyo-Seimitsu such as EPV611100 equipment made by Tokyo-Seimitsu have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tokyo-Seimitsu products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tokyo-Seimitsu" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M301922 by Torquer and EPV611100 spares by Tokyo-Seimitsu are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
