Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thompson MLS23XLS-371000S1800N-A000-RS3-001 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Mettler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Toledo parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Thorlabs product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Mettler such as the 244633 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C55BRS2 manufactured by Toledo and we are pleased to be able to service most Toledo systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature KIM101 by Manufacturer Thorlabs as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tinus Brand 3005680 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thyssen-Krupp such as 80C186CPUAssembly6300JC2 equipment made by Thyssen-Krupp have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thyssen-Krupp products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thyssen-Krupp" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 6300LV4 made by Thyssen-Krupp as well as the popular TD80T11 original spares produced by Titan

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DA216 by Tillquist and 80C186CPUAssembly6300JC2 spares by Thyssen-Krupp are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
