Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Thermo-Environmental-Instruments-Inc. 3616 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Alpha products, including obsoleted and phased-out Atlanta parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Geo.olcoot product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Alpha such as the VDH080MF1161510G spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 5844339 manufactured by Atlanta and we are pleased to be able to service most Atlanta systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1738 by Manufacturer Geo.olcoot as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand HW2222SP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ansi such as 50IR equipment made by Ansi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ansi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ansi" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TL30H1002012 made by Baldor as well as the popular PE090015 original spares produced by Apex

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 040099003FB by Ameridrive and 50IR spares by Ansi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DDJ1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allied.
