Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Therma-wave 18-009471 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Turck products, including obsoleted and phased-out United-Technologies parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Turck product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Turck such as the Ni20CP40VN4X2S100S10 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BAAS100386 manufactured by United-Technologies and we are pleased to be able to service most United-Technologies systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature Bi10P30AP6XB2141S100 by Manufacturer Turck as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Turck Brand LT4EQ21LI0X3H1141 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Turck such as Si30K33VP6x equipment made by Turck have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing.
