Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Therma-wave 18-009471 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Transducer-Techniques products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Unimeasure product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Transducer-Techniques such as the GS01K spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the Bi30RW30DAP6XH1141F2 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VPA20 by Manufacturer Unimeasure as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Turck Brand VBKB80X9CS12 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ue such as LPSR2KP00M01 equipment made by Ue have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ue products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ue" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available Si30K33VP6x made by Turck as well as the popular 9750 original spares produced by Thermo-Fisher-Scientific

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the W298200 by Thornton and LPSR2KP00M01 spares by Ue are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
