Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Texas-Instruments 100-3101 TI 101 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Thermo-Fisher products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Texas-Micro product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Thermo-Fisher such as the 102402103 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TGX353RCMEENNB4 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LC486 by Manufacturer Texas-Micro as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Texas-Instruments Brand 500215124913370001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Textron such as B0410604AATA equipment made by Textron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Textron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Textron" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available L380303 made by Textechno as well as the popular 30505T original spares produced by Texas-Instruments

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 823058 by Thermotron and B0410604AATA spares by Textron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 7MT700 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Texas-Instruments.
