Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Teradyne products, including obsoleted and phased-out Texas-Instruments parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tennessee-Rand product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Teradyne such as the TCSIA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 405IOEX manufactured by Texas-Instruments and we are pleased to be able to service most Texas-Instruments systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TRC27C1A105 by Manufacturer Tennessee-Rand as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Texas-Instruments Brand 5005001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thales such as TH7135B4 equipment made by Thales have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thales products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thales" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MA121MA124 made by Teradyne as well as the popular 5TI510 original spares produced by Texas-Instruments
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VPRMB by Texas-Micro and TH7135B4 spares by Thales are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original HFH706 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Th-Zurrer.
