Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Teledyne 950150-1C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Asea products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Ab product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Asea such as the 290B094A13C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 700DCP310Z24 manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 440FC252D by Manufacturer Ab as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Agastat Brand 7014X3D in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Union-Signal such as PD1 equipment made by Union-Signal have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Union-Signal products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Union-Signal" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 708392T09 by Abb and PD1 spares by Union-Signal are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
