Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Teco WP0/74C parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Bonfigioli products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ledex parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Yaskawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Bonfigioli such as the VF49P1P63B14 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UO002024SE2 manufactured by Ledex and we are pleased to be able to service most Ledex systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature UGHMED06GG10F by Manufacturer Yaskawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Baldor Brand VL3514 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Fuji such as VFC409A7W equipment made by Fuji have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Fuji products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Fuji" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available USAREM01CYR31011 made by Yasakawa as well as the popular UNI1403 original spares produced by Control-Techniques

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the USASEM18YRS11 by Yaskawa and VFC409A7W spares by Fuji are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original WD1S2A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson.
