Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Technology-Solutions 1166-ES1 (ETSI) parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Ppi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Prima parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Preco-Industries product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Ppi such as the 22228CCKC3W33 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 051492601 manufactured by Prima and we are pleased to be able to service most Prima systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C209118G1C by Manufacturer Preco-Industries as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Proface Brand 358030103 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Prime-Computer such as 2263902ART3397PCB3396001 equipment made by Prime-Computer have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Prime-Computer products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Prime-Computer" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available SN104937 made by Production-Process as well as the popular 2PF1368 original spares produced by Powerstat

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the QPI31200S2PBQPIMBP201F by Proface and 2263902ART3397PCB3396001 spares by Prime-Computer are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
