Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tech-motive-Tools 48257P-35019 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Us-Gearmotors products, including obsoleted and phased-out Textron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tigear product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Gearmotors such as the OTN26D5AS1B53GMT184TS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the W089LMSDC110 manufactured by Textron and we are pleased to be able to service most Textron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RATIO201 by Manufacturer Tigear as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Thompson Brand 32113364 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Thompson such as 64316894D263 equipment made by Thompson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Thompson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Thompson" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 421143347011 by Thompson and 64316894D263 spares by Thompson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
