Tcp Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Tcp SOIP and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Tcp SOIP include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SOIP if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SOIP repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tel products, including obsoleted and phased-out Modicon parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tel such as the 508740047815 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TCSESM163F2CU0 manufactured by Modicon and we are pleased to be able to service most Modicon systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TSXDST835 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Dalsa Brand P24204K40 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tel such as 1B8101028413 equipment made by Tel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DTP156 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular TDM33020300W0 original spares produced by Indramat
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DNNV46J by Teledyne and 1B8101028413 spares by Tel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
