Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tb Woods Volkmann 9000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Technology-Dynamics products, including obsoleted and phased-out Technotrans parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mattke product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Technology-Dynamics such as the TCP5100 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TUC10150A515 manufactured by Technotrans and we are pleased to be able to service most Technotrans systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature RX130HR1004 by Manufacturer Mattke as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Telco Brand 4524001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tb-Woods such as WFC10010C equipment made by Tb-Woods have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tb-Woods products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tb-Woods" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TDN004E1100WM0 made by Rm as well as the popular 4213560 original spares produced by Te-Technology

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M2348114 by Teknic and WFC10010C spares by Tb-Woods are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DTP0202 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Teco.
