Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tb Woods IMDSD001018EAN E-TRAC parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Mitsubishi product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the IC800SDM250M2KE25C spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the HMS011NW0020A07NNNN manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature HCKFS410S46 by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Lafert Brand HE100F4 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Engel such as GNM5440 equipment made by Engel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Engel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Engel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available GRLBMQ82120L56 made by Grove-Gear as well as the popular GY100A1X10FT original spares produced by Renold

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GPP7474 by Baldor and GNM5440 spares by Engel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original G120038 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Leeson.
