Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tate-Andale A3215P23 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tsubaki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Thompson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tsubaki product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tsubaki such as the 1602 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 42114320 manufactured by Thompson and we are pleased to be able to service most Thompson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AL8 by Manufacturer Tsubaki as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tsubaki Brand ED4M1LROY in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Technetics-Group such as 12284322 equipment made by Technetics-Group have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Technetics-Group products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Technetics-Group" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 65120407H307 made by Thompson as well as the popular P568M20SDS original spares produced by Tb-Woods

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the X32113344DT60005X by Thompson and 12284322 spares by Technetics-Group are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original modeloption5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Textron.
