Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tai Shi SJN2015792 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tanaka-Seiki products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tanaka-Seiki such as the 3EC301366 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TSXXBT7218 manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XMLR040G2P25 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tci Brand KDRB1L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tb such as WFC2005 equipment made by Tb have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tb products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tb" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available W13659 made by Terasaki as well as the popular TS2013N194E26 original spares produced by Tamagama

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the KDRI2H by Tci and WFC2005 spares by Tb are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
