Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Tac 421A, 0-073-0245-0 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tandler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamagawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tb-Woods product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tandler such as the AS01IIS5151S53911 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TS4817N8223E235 manufactured by Tamagawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamagawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SM1C20010B by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tb-Woods Brand AFC40300B2S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Taiyo such as PQCPCUB02 equipment made by Taiyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Taiyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Taiyo" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 5V1163 made by Tb-Woods as well as the popular SE1C2S010H01 original spares produced by Tb-Woods

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PQCS2SCU201231VAV741 by Taiyo and PQCPCUB02 spares by Taiyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
