Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Syscon RKC-C900 C900FJA3-MAN ZK-852 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Nsk products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tamagawa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tb-Woods product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Nsk such as the LE120550AL3S1P6Z1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FACODER manufactured by Tamagawa and we are pleased to be able to service most Tamagawa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature LST90390B by Manufacturer Tb-Woods as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Aeg Brand T718N1600 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Timken such as T311 equipment made by Timken have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Timken products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Timken" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 6440 by Systek and T311 spares by Timken are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SPAB11271 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tandler.
