Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Synergetic SMS-AB32-DPS parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tamagawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tabai-Espec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Taylor product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tamagawa such as the NO387AU6638N1659091018 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the EX101A86007C97E06305 manufactured by Tabai-Espec and we are pleased to be able to service most Tabai-Espec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 500S11601 by Manufacturer Taylor as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tamagawa Brand TS5631N in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Systel such as 2003RAP1000 equipment made by Systel have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Systel products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Systel" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available QC10020046053BC10000B made by Taylor as well as the popular TS4231N6E17 original spares produced by Tamagawa

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BKONC6198 by Tamagawa and 2003RAP1000 spares by Systel are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2701804101 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Synrad.
