Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Symcom MS520CP-115 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Syron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tbs1154-Tektronix-150mhz,-4-Ch,tft,1gsps-Digital-S parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tech-Motive product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Syron such as the AA165 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the TBS1154 manufactured by Tbs1154-Tektronix-150mhz,-4-Ch,tft,1gsps-Digital-S and we are pleased to be able to service most Tbs1154-Tektronix-150mhz,-4-Ch,tft,1gsps-Digital-S systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CS2100 by Manufacturer Tech-Motive as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tci Brand KDRI2H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tattile such as F00404 equipment made by Tattile have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tattile products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tattile" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available TS2641N11E64 made by Tamagawa as well as the popular GSK3LB original spares produced by Telemecanique

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the XMLR250M2P05 by Telemecanique and F00404 spares by Tattile are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LR86018 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Takenaka.
