Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Swan A-25.431.000 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Teledyne products, including obsoleted and phased-out Telemecanique parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Teledyne such as the 1461000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 41994U manufactured by Telemecanique and we are pleased to be able to service most Telemecanique systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature XMLR250M0T25 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tb-Wood-Ft.-S Brand 32H200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Teledyne-Dalsa such as ORX1CBXPD00L2 equipment made by Teledyne-Dalsa have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ATS46C14N by Telemecanique and ORX1CBXPD00L2 spares by Teledyne-Dalsa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TDS420A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tektronix.
