Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Suruga-Seki KS501-60TL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Syntron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Swagelok product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the SV9NCMBCN spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V41A1 manufactured by Syntron and we are pleased to be able to service most Syntron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SS45TS8BKB by Manufacturer Swagelok as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Sylvania Brand T50U01S3 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by System-400 such as 6600186001 equipment made by System-400 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire System-400 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "System-400" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 3000XRS made by Takk as well as the popular 12V76666NTSE original spares produced by Svf

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VIK2CX by Systech and 6600186001 spares by System-400 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original KKD100 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sylvania.
