Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Suruga-Seiki K102-100R, C7214-9015 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Sypris products, including obsoleted and phased-out Cutler-Hammer parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Tamagawa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Sypris such as the PC50 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SV9030AP2M0A00 manufactured by Cutler-Hammer and we are pleased to be able to service most Cutler-Hammer systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TA7033N1TA7033N1 by Manufacturer Tamagawa as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tamagawa Brand RSF8A50E200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Swagelok such as SS31RS4A equipment made by Swagelok have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Swagelok products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Swagelok" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available V41A1 made by Syntron as well as the popular 80057C1 original spares produced by Svg

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AS010C43800 by Sygnetron and SS31RS4A spares by Swagelok are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original VIK2CXMaster Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Systech.
