Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Temposonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Tel-Tokyo-Electron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Telemecanique product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Temposonic such as the 11015990109 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 381640425 manufactured by Tel-Tokyo-Electron and we are pleased to be able to service most Tel-Tokyo-Electron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X57C40FP260 by Manufacturer Telemecanique as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Triad Brand MG360F120 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tamagawa such as TS530N30E9 equipment made by Tamagawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tamagawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tamagawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available BIMA23AP6X2H1141S34 made by Turck as well as the popular XSAV02801 original spares produced by Telemecanique
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PiCPT4133 by Thermo-Electron and TS530N30E9 spares by Tamagawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SMP7600TST4 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telco.
