Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sumitomo CVH4185Y-29-1 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Electra products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ameridrives parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Boston product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Electra such as the D300AHJC14750S8E1CX0001 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FS203SB manufactured by Ameridrives and we are pleased to be able to service most Ameridrives systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F33830G1 by Manufacturer Boston as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Reuland Brand D596976 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Falk such as D585702 equipment made by Falk have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Falk products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Falk" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available D125523B made by Grove as well as the popular FWA713600B5G original spares produced by Boston

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the GBSM80MRP12025 by Baldor and D585702 spares by Falk are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original F72620B76 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Boston.
