Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sugino-Machine-Limited E2759PDA-SDHT parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Cryovac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Digital parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Eaton product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Cryovac such as the GB007101B spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the GP410L1 manufactured by Digital and we are pleased to be able to service most Digital systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ELCGP02 by Manufacturer Eaton as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Paragon Brand EC128 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ann-Arbor such as INX6TTD2TFT equipment made by Ann-Arbor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ann-Arbor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ann-Arbor" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available FP61VTC21 made by Digital as well as the popular G09C0000 original spares produced by Red-Lion

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the ET070 by Eview and INX6TTD2TFT spares by Ann-Arbor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IOPROCESSOR Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Avalon-Imaging.
