Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Sturtevant-Richmont TCV2.4/ETHERNET parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Telemecanique products, including obsoleted and phased-out Iai parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Advanced-Protection-Tech product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Telemecanique such as the XBTA811010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the XSELJ260IN1EEE31 manufactured by Iai and we are pleased to be able to service most Iai systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TE01XRS20E1T by Manufacturer Advanced-Protection-Tech as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Acdc Brand RM164B2449 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Acdc such as RSF501B3000 equipment made by Acdc have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Acdc products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Acdc" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 30A8DDCIN made by Advanced-Motion-Controls as well as the popular XGKS1715503 original spares produced by Telemecanique

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the U310 by Allen-bradley and RSF501B3000 spares by Acdc are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TLD1322F212111 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Telemecanique.
