Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tektronix such as the 2630 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 111B8 manufactured by Taco and we are pleased to be able to service most Taco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ASO13D9700 by Manufacturer Sygnetron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Tecnotion Brand TB30SD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tecnos such as SMF10050 equipment made by Tecnos have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tecnos products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tecnos" in the search box. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OIH486000P40L65V by Tamagawa and SMF10050 spares by Tecnos are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 0085100N11 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sugino.
