Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tippkemper products, including obsoleted and phased-out Turck parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Trane product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tippkemper such as the IRDTDLWL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the K180812 manufactured by Turck and we are pleased to be able to service most Turck systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X1365036205 by Manufacturer Trane as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Vektrex Brand VCS40AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Dodge such as 23391 equipment made by Dodge have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Dodge products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Dodge" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7381A83G0 made by Westinghouse as well as the popular MCS638A1 original spares produced by Warner-Electric
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TD390536HW by Transducers and 23391 spares by Dodge are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
