Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Tde products, including obsoleted and phased-out Stm parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Sygnetron product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Tde such as the DSCT spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 1410003 manufactured by Stm and we are pleased to be able to service most Stm systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 10D709 by Manufacturer Sygnetron as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Taishi Brand YG2018032341 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Tamagawa such as TS2641N11E64 equipment made by Tamagawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tamagawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tamagawa" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available ACW made by Sunstrad as well as the popular BT15N original spares produced by Sutron
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the WFC4030 by Tb-Woods and TS2641N11E64 spares by Tamagawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
