Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Ssd-Drives FVJ184THTL17078AAL parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Lincoln products, including obsoleted and phased-out Vickers parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Lincoln such as the DVHCCF42T61P spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FAST2M6020100216 manufactured by Vickers and we are pleased to be able to service most Vickers systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F6300RH04AA by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Ingersoll-Rand Brand E2160L in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Parker such as E57 equipment made by Parker have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Parker products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Parker" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available DR1B015G2C5A4G20300379 made by Yokogawa as well as the popular DG1V4012AL10 original spares produced by Vickers

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the E9707 by Ge and E57 spares by Parker are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original FBSMG011 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
