Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Squid-Ink 1604170 Rev. F parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Stanley products, including obsoleted and phased-out Advantage parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Star-Su product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Stanley such as the E12PB4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SSCF3E6D1YZ001 manufactured by Advantage and we are pleased to be able to service most Advantage systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 743214743N by Manufacturer Star-Su as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Statham Brand PM96TCD05350 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Stenner-Pump such as JLP10001PPL equipment made by Stenner-Pump have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Stenner-Pump products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Stenner-Pump" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available X5077X5078PC700 made by Stanley as well as the popular A9709770005 original spares produced by Steris-Erie

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 23100PR12E by Star and JLP10001PPL spares by Stenner-Pump are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original STBACI0320 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Modicon.
