Square-D Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Square-D SSOR and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Our services for the Square-D SSOR include diagnostic evaluation, troubleshooting, component and board level repair, as well as complete rebuilding of the SSOR if necessary. Expedited handling of our evaluations and repairs are included as a standard service for all our clients. All our SSOR repairs include a 1 year warranty, covering both parts and labor.

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader St-Charles such as the 1087AFI05 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 743260009N manufactured by Star-Su and we are pleased to be able to service most Star-Su systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 21A108700 by Manufacturer Stanley as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Square-D Brand ROM441RSERIESF1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Ssci such as 0395002501 equipment made by Ssci have been added to our featured items. Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CRM601 by Square-D and 0395002501 spares by Ssci are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
