Square-D Diagnostic & Repair Services
We service and repair Square-D Logic and related systems and components, including severely damaged and defective units. Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO
Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Advantech products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fujitsu parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Masa product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Advantech such as the PPCL127T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N8601604T052 manufactured by Fujitsu and we are pleased to be able to service most Fujitsu systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PEM300 by Manufacturer Masa as well.
York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Gl-Beijer-Electronics-Ab Brand MACMTAE200 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Mettler such as M420 equipment made by Mettler have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mettler products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mettler" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available PM027020 made by Telemecanique as well as the popular OP620 original spares produced by Opti-Mate
Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Mc64 by Kontron and M420 spares by Mettler are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
